Royse City, TX – April 8, 2025 – Royse City Independent School District's (RCISD) Executive Director of Transportation, Cody Cox, has been honored with Transfinder's prestigious Ambassador of the Year award for 2025.
The Ambassador of the Year award, established by Transfinder in 2016 during its Annual Client Summit, celebrates a school district that demonstrates unique qualities, innovative approaches, and an exceptional commitment to their responsibilities. RCISD, under the guidance of Cody Cox, has clearly exemplified these qualities, setting the district above and beyond its peers in its approach to student transportation.
Transfinder President and CEO Antonio Civitella personally presented the award to Cody Cox, acknowledging his significant contributions and the district's dedication. RCISD received a commemorative plaque, and their name will be added to the permanent plaque listing all past Ambassador of the Year recipients, joining a distinguished group of six previous winners.
