From our content area specialists to teacher and student-led professional development opportunities, we look for new and challenging ways to grow ourselves and others throughout the year.

Beginning teachers receive extensive mentoring and training support for the first two years. New teachers attend an orientation at the start of each year, work with mentors for at least 12 hours per semester, and participate in goal-setting, peer observations, and ongoing growth activities. Mentors participate in ongoing leadership and mentorship training throughout the summer and school year.
