Ruth Cherry Elementary's Teacher of the Year, Natasha Hampton, was honored at the Region 10 Teacher of the Year Luncheon in August for being named Royse City ISD's Elementary Teacher of the Year!

Online Required Schools Forms for all RCISD students will open on July in Family Access. If you do not know your Family Access login credentials, please email FamilyAccessSupport@rcisd.org and include your child’s name and campus. Using Family Access, parents will have real time data about their child’s grades, attendance, assignments and more. Alerts can be set to your individual preferences and the information is easily accessed using the Family Access at https://qweb.rcisd.org/StudentSTS/Session/Signin?area=Home&controller=Home&action=Index.
If you have a new child entering school this year, you can add them in your already existing Family Access account. For Family Access help or login credentials, please email FamilyAccessSupport@rcisd.org or contact Maria O’Connor at 972.635.5020. Be sure to include your name, your child’s name and the campus of attendance.
FAMILY ACCESS SUPPORT NIGHTS
Offered for families who need in-person support for Required School Forms. Held each Wednesday night from July 12 until August 9. Come and go event to allow parents to provide enrollment documents or recieve assistance with online forms. A notary will be available if needed.

Jennifer Rhodes approved as Ruth Cherry Elementary Assistant Principal. She joined the Royse City ISD Family in 2022 as DAEP Dean of Students and has proven to build relationships with students, staff and parents. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She joins Principal Emily Hays and fellow Assistant Principal Dave Christensen.




The 2023 Royse City ISD Elementary Teacher of the Year is Mrs. Natasha Hampton of Ruth Cherry Elementary! This 3rd grade teacher makes a huge impact on her students, colleagues and community. Her sweet family was able to participate in today's surprise announcement. She will represent Royse City ISD at the regional level. Congratulations!
